ECW/WWE BACKLASH, Year 3


Match 1. Bray Wyatt vs. Tajiri vs. Rhyno   ECW Television Championship
Rhyno and Bray worked over the smaller Tajiri. They landed a double gut buster. Rhyno lifted him up and hit a Death Valley Driver. Rhyno broke up Bray's pin and hit him with a spike piledriver. Rhyno threw Tajiri into the steel steps. They made there way onto the ramp. Rhyno tossed Tajiri back into the ring. Bray caught Rhyno with Sister Abigail and won.

Match 2. Rey Mysterio vs. Abyss vs. Sabu vs. Austin Aries
Rey and Austin brawled on the outside. There was a ladder, garbage can and a guitar broken on the floor. Abyss lifted Sabu up for the Shock Treatment. Aries hit Rey with a Death Valley Driver on the ladder and won.

Match 3. Extreme Rules - Batista vs. John Cena   WWE Championship
I'm surprised this match is going on this early. Batista caught Cena with a spinning sidewalk slam. Cena came back with a shoulder tackle and went for the AA and hit it. Batista kicked out and hit a running power slam. Cena went for a second finisher, but Batista countered and DDT'd Cena on a sledgehammer to win.

Match 4. Jake Roberts vs. Dean Ambrose   WWE Intercontinental Championship
Dean was aggressive early on, but Jake (with his experience) was able to outsmart Dean. Jake hung Dean out to dry on the top rope. He then hit a short-arm clothesline. After a near fall, Jake hit the DDT and won.

Match 5. Impact Players vs. London and Kendrick
Kendrick brought Justin to his corner and then tossed London from the top onto Justin. Storm and Justin beat down London on the outside. Storm suplexed London through the announce table. Justin picked Kendrick up and hit That's Incredible!. London and Kendrick hit Justin with multiple kicks. Storm landed a super rolling fireman's carry on Kendrick to win.

Match 6. Undertaker vs. Kane
Taker caught Kane with two back body drops. Later, Taker wrenched Kane's arm and hit him with Old School. Taker then hit the Last Ride, but got a near fall. Kane had his turn with a vicious clothesline and tilt-a-whirl side slam. Taker landed an elbow drop and a chokeslam to win.

Main Event. Extreme Rules - Jack Swagger vs. Sheamus   ECW Championship
Swagger tossed Sheamus onto the apron. Sheamus came back in, but Swagger caught him with an STO. There was a ladder in the ring, but no one used it. Sheamus went for the Brogue Kick, but Swagger ducked and hit a German suplex. Swagger then went for the gutwrench, but Sheamus reversed it into a face buster. Sheamus then connected with the Brogue Kick and won after a spinning side slam.

Recap: Sheamus is now at the top of ECW. The Cena/Batista and triple threat matches were really good.

April Week 3, Year 3

WCW Nitro
Match 1. Curt Hennig vs. DDP

Match 2. Truth and Consequences vs. William Regal and Drew McIntyre
Woods caught Drew with a corkscrew neck breaker. He then hit a falling gut buster. Truth and Woods hit Drew with a double suplex on the outside. Fellow UK member Wade Barrett walked down with a chair. Woods and Regal were caught in a pinning battle. Regal then hit the Power of the Punch and a running knee to win.

Match 3. Rick Rude vs. Bret Hart

Match 4. Syxx vs. Billy Kidman

Match 5. Ultimate Warrior vs. Big Show
Warrior landed a few punches to the gut of Big Show. Show landed a back body drop and then stepped on Warrior. Show recovered from a knee smash and hit the Final Cut. After a near fall, he hit the WMD punch to win.

Main Event. Handicap - Rock and Goldberg vs. nWo
Goldberg lifted Hogan up and hit the Jackhammer, but Hall broke up the pin. Hogan then busted Goldberg open with punches to the face. Nash and Hogan went for a double suplex, but Goldberg countered it into a DDT. Hall busted Rock open with a bulldog. Rock countered a suplex into a neck breaker. Nash locked Rock into a bear hug and made him tap.

ECW
Match 1. Rob Van Dam vs. Bray Wyatt

Match 2. Tajiri and Spike Dudley vs. The Wyatt Family

Match 3. Tommy Dreamer vs. Matt Hardy
Sabu ran down and attacked Dreamer. He and Matt landed a double dropkick and leg drop. They later hit a wheelbarrow slam. Dreamer fought back and got a near fall on Matt. Matt then placed Dreamer on the top and hit a super Twist of Fate to win.

Match 4. Austin Aries vs. Rey Mysterio
Aries tossed Rey into the ropes, but Rey countered with a jaw breaker. Aries got right up and hit a snap neck breaker. He went for a Death Valley Driver, but Rey broke free. Aries hit Rey with the Blackout stomp and won.

Match 5. Impact Players vs. London and Kendrick   #1 Contender's Match
Justin and Lance left the ring and stomped London and Kendrick on the ramp. Lance had Kendrick on the top rope and landed a super rolling fireman's carry. Justin then busted him open on the outside with a DDT. London was sent through the announce table. Lance won with a super kick to Kendrick.

After the match, Justin and Lance attacked London and Kendrick with chairs.

Main Event. Jack Swagger vs. Mick Foley

TNA Impact
Match 1. Christopher Daniels vs. Eric Young

Match 2. The American Wolves vs. Tomko and Gunner

Match 3. Sami Zayn vs. Petey Williams
Zayn landed a nice fisherman's suplex. He later went for a second one, but Petey had it scouted. Zayn got another roll up before hitting a half nelson suplex. Petey hit a springboard splash and then had a piledriver reversed. Petey blocked Zayn's big boot and hit the Canadian Destroyer. After some near falls, Zayn slammed Petey off the top rope and won.

Match 4. Booker T vs. Magnus

Match 5. AJ Styles vs. Eddie Guerrero vs. Samoa Joe   #1 Contender's Match
AJ blocked a punch from Joe and busted him open with a DDT. All three men went to the outside. AJ connected with a heel kick. Eddie then hit AJ with a brain buster. Back in the ring, AJ went for the Styles Clash, but Joe countered it. Joe planted AJ with a DDT and then hit Eddie with a power slam to win.

Main Event. Sting vs. Ryback w/ Bobby Roode
Roode grabbed a chair and tossed it into the ring. Sting hit Ryback with an atomic drop. Ryback came back with an STO. CM Punk ran down and hit Ryback with the GTS. Both Sting and Ryback traded near falls. Sting hit the Scorpion Death Drop on the outside. Punk busted Ryback open with a second GTS. Back in the ring, Ryback hit an overhead belly-to-belly and the meat hook clothesline and won.

WWE SmackDown
Match 1. Bobby Lashley vs. Damien Sandow vs. The Miz

Match 2. Big E vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Curtis Axel
Axel caught Langston with the headlock driver and busted him open. Axel tossed Ziggler into the corner. He went for a suplex, but Ziggler countered and hit the jumping DDT. Langston and Ziggler worked over Axel for a bit. Langston hit the Big Ending. Langston later landed a hip toss and Ziggler came up from behind and hit Big E with the Zig Zag to win.

Match 3. The Usos vs. The Brotherhood

Match 4. John Cena, Jeff Hardy and Daniel Bryan vs. Edge, Triple H and Randy Orton
Triple H hit Bryan with a face smash and a spine buster. He then hit the Pedigree, but Bryan kicked out. Bryan and Cena hit Orton with a double hip toss. Jeff caught Triple H with a flipping face buster. Orton and Triple H double teamed Jeff in their corner. Edge and Cena went at it on the outside as Jeff hit Orton with a Twist of Fate to win.

Match 5. Ladder - Jake Roberts vs. Dean Ambrose

Main Event. Table - Batista vs. Brock Lesnar
After multiple failed attempts of putting each other through tables, Lesnar picked up Batista and hit a fall away slam. He then connected with a DDT. Much later, Batista blocked a punch and hit Lesnar with the Batista Bomb. Lesnar came back with a spine buster and put Batista through a table.

After the match, Daniel Bryan's music hit and Lesnar was waiting. Bryan attacked him from behind.

Recap: Maybe this is a new beginning for Matt Hardy. TNA may have the best secondary-title division in all of Universe. The rivalries, which are beginning next month, should be very interesting.

April Week 2, Year 3

WCW Nitro
Match 1. DDP vs. Rick Rude

Match 2. Truth and Consequences vs. nWo

Match 3. 4-Way - Ultimo vs. Kidman vs. Psychosis vs. Syxx
Kidman caught Dragon with a jumping DTT. Syxx hit Psychosis with a super kick. Dragon countered Kidman's finisher as Psychosis and Syxx traded kicks and reversals. Kidman landed a tilt-a-whirl back breaker. Psychosis tossed Syxx up in the air and he crashed on the mat and Psychosis got the win.

Match 4. Alberto Del Rio vs. The Rock
The Rock makes his WCW debut. Del Rio quickly went on the attack with a German suplex and kick to the head. Rock caught Del Rio with a Samoan drop and spine buster. He went for the Rock Bottom, but Del Rio countered it. Del Rio busted Rock open with a piledriver. After some near falls, Rock won with a spine buster.

Match 5. Hollywood Hogan vs. Ultimate Warrior

Main Event. United Kingdom vs. nWo   #1 Contender's Match
It looks like the UK is moving on without Cesaro. Drew slammed Hennig's head into Barrett's boot. Barrett had Steiner between the ropes and drove some knees. He then hit a knee to the face. Steiner landed the Steiner Screwdriver. Hennig then hit the Perfect-plex, but got a near fall. Barrett hit Hennig with the Bull Hammer and won.

While Barrett was celebrating, Bret's music hit. Barrett was waiting, but Bret attacked him from behind.

ECW
Match 1. The Sandman vs. Tajiri vs. Spike Dudley

Match 2. Impact Players vs. London and Kendrick

Match 3. Rob Van Dam vs. Rey Mysterio

Match 4. Austin Aries vs. Sabu
I think Sabu will feel at home. Sheamus walked down with a chair and attacked Aries. Sabu and Sheamus landed a double gut buster. Aries fought back with a brain buster and near fall. Sabu connected with a springboard heel kick and got a two count. Aries hit a second brain buster and won.

Match 5. Brodus Clay vs. Abyss
Brodus hit Abyss below the belt, but Abyss came back with the Black Hole Slam. Brodus took Abyss down with a drop toe hold and hit a running cross body to win.

Main Event. Stone Cold vs. Ric Flair vs. Sheamus
E-C-Wooooo! Sabu attacked Austin from behind. This match took forever; 42:39 to be exact. Sheamus busted Flair open early with multiple punches. Sheamus busted Austin open with a DDT. Flair hit Sheamus with a piledriver, but couldn't get the pin. Austin hit Sheamus with the Stunner, but Flair cut him off. Sheamus and Austin hit Flair with a double suplex and Austin won.

TNA Impact
Match 1. Tomko and Gunner vs. The American Wolves

Match 2. Eric Young vs. Fandango

Match 3. Sami Zayn vs. Petey Williams

Match 4. Samoa Joe vs. Chris Sabin
Sabin took Joe down with a shoulder tackle. Joe caught Sabin with a nice package suplex. Sabin came back with a DDT on the apron. Joe landed a corner splash and got a near fall. He then locked in the Coquina Clutch and won.

Match 5. Kassius Ohno vs. Eddie Guerrero
Eddie and Ohno were fighting on the outside. Eddie landed a flying head scissors and a back breaker. Back in the ring, Eddie hit another head scissors and back breaker. He later connected with the Three Amigos. Ohno kicked out and connected with the Death Blow to win.

After the match, Ryback walked down and attacked Eddie. Ohno turned around and made the save.

Main Event. Sting vs. Ryback   #1 Contender's Match
Bobby Roode walked out and sat at ringside. Roode got involved in the match and attacked Sting. Sting made a comeback and took Ryback down for a near fall. Ryback hit a Lou Thesz Press and slammed Sting's head against the mat. He did it again mere seconds later. Sting landed a hanging suplex and won.

WWE SmackDown
Match 1. Dolph Ziggler vs. Damien Sandow

Match 2. The Usos vs. Batista and Randy Orton
Jimmy blocked an RKO and hit a sit-out full nelson bomb. Batista and Orton kept Jey in their corner. Jimmy came back in and hit Orton with another full nelson bomb. Orton and Batista hit Jey with a double gut buster. Orton took Jey down with a European uppercut and stomped all over his body before winning.

Match 3. Tazz vs. Curtis Axel

Match 4. Jeff Hardy vs. Kane
Not the easiest opponent for Jeff's debut. Kane landed a sidewalk slam. Jeff caught him in a school boy and almost won. Jeff later hit a springboard crossbody and got a near fall. Jeff went for the Twist of Fate, but Kane countered and hit a Tombstone to win.

Match 5. Jake Roberts vs. Edge

Main Event. Undertaker vs. John Cena
Cena took Taker down with a shoulder tackle. He then hit the Attitude Adjustment, but Taker kicked out. Taker caught Cena with a flapjack and then drove his knee across Cena's face. Jeff Hardy ran down and stood at ringside. Cena and Taker traded counters. Cena hit a second AA and won.

After the match, Batista ran down and attacked Cena with a lead pipe.

Recap: That was the first week with the new rosters. I like TNA's roster the best. WWE has some interesting matchups, but the veterans are too boring.

April Week 1, Year 3

There will be plenty of inter-brand matches this week with the Draft taking place. The full results will be posted on a separate page. With four shows, they will all be battle royals.

WCW Nitro
Match 1. Draft Match - Scott Hall vs. Sami Zayn vs. Bray Wyatt vs. Kane
Kane quickly had Bray on the apron. Hall threw Zayn into the ropes and caught him with a snap slam. Zayn eliminated Hall. Kane and Bray almost eliminated Sami. Bray eliminated Zayn. After avoiding elimination multiple times, Kane clotheslined Bray over the top. 

Match 2. Ultimo Dragon vs. Syxx

Match 3Draft Match - Jeff Hardy vs. Raven vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Curt Hennig
Raven wasted no time in eliminating Ziggler. Hennig hit Raven with a German suplex. Raven then picked Jeff up and tossed him over the top. Raven hit a falling neck breaker and DDT on Curt. Raven landed a hip toss and eliminated Curt to win.

Match 4Draft Match - Bret Hart vs. James Storm vs. Stone Cold vs. Brock Lesnar
Austin and Bret went right after each other. Storm almost eliminated Lesnar. Storm tossed Austin over the ropes and kicked him off the apron. Lesnar and Storm then worked together and eliminated Bret. Lesnar and Storm traded blows before Storm eliminated Lesnar with a baseball slide. 

Match 5Draft Match - Warrior vs. Mr. Anderson vs. Sheamus vs. Ryback
Warrior hit Sheamus with a power slam. Ryback took Anderson down with a Lou Thesz Press and then slammed his head against the mat. Ryback eliminated Anderson. Ryback and Warrior tossed out Sheamus. Ryback tossed Warrior into the corner and then clotheslined him out of the ring.

Main EventDraft Match - Goldberg vs. Bobby Roode vs. Jack Swagger vs. Batista
All of the main champions in one match. Batista eliminated Swagger fairly easily. Batista and Goldberg traded elimination attempts. Batista tossed Roode into the ropes and hit a spinning side slam. Goldberg clotheslined Roode over the top. Goldberg had Batista in the corner, but The Animal countered and eliminated him.

ECW
Match 1Draft Match - Wade Barrett vs. Booker T vs. Kane vs. Rob Van Dam
Can WCW pick up a draft pick? Barrett clotheslined Kane to the apron and kicked him to the floor. Van Dam had Barrett in a Mexican surfboard. Booker had Barrett in the corner and Van Dam kicked him out of the ring. After receiving a couple of kicks, Booker hit RVD with an atomic drop and sent him over the top.

Match 2. Paul London vs. The Sandman vs. Brian Kendrick

Match 3Draft Match - Randy Savage vs. Mr. Anderson vs. Sheamus vs. Triple H
Savage had Sheamus on the apron. The two grappled before Savage knocked him to the floor. Savage fought back Triple H and Anderson. Anderson clotheslined Triple H out of the ring and he threw a fit at ringside. Anderson tossed Savage to the apron and then kicked him in the head.

Match 4Draft Match - Warrior vs. James Storm vs. Stone Cold vs. Brock Lesnar
Storm tossed Warror over the top and kicked him to the floor. Lesnar lifted Austin up and landed a back suplex. Austin threw Storm into the corner and then kicked him to the floor. Lesnar and Austin went head-to-head again. Lesnar lifted Austin up and suplexed out of the ring.

Match 5Draft Match - DDP vs. Magnus vs. Ric Flair vs. Dolph Ziggler
Flair is representing ECW. Magnus eliminated Ziggler quicker than Raven. DDP was then tossed out by Flair. Magnus went after the Nature Boy, but Flair countered. He hit a back body drop. Magnus landed some mounted punches. Magnus clotheslined Flair over the top and won.

Main EventDraft Match - Goldberg vs. Bobby Roode vs. Jack Swagger vs. Batista
The champs go at it again. Goldberg hit Swagger with a pump handle drop. Batista flipped Roode over the top. Goldberg and Swagger were going head-to-head as Batista came in and eliminated Goldberg. Batista hit a shoulder block in the corner before eliminating Swagger. 

TNA Impact
Match 1Draft Match - Drew McIntyre vs. Booker T vs. CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins
Drew caught Punk with a snap slam. Booker and Seth traded elimination attempts. Booker kicked Seth in the head and went for the elimination. Drew dropkicked Punk over the top. Seth had Booker in the corner and Drew clotheslined him over the top. Drew connected with the Future Shock on Rollins. Rollins connected with a big boot and sent Drew flying. 

Match 2. The American Wolves vs. Bad Influence

Match 3Draft Match - Randy Savage vs. Mr. Anderson vs. Brodus Clay vs. Dolph Ziggler
Ziggler avoided elimination and will last more than a minute. Anderson prevented WCW from getting a pick by tossing out Savage. He and Ziggler then eliminated Brodus. Anderson had Ziggler on the apron, but he held on. Anderson kicked Ziggler in the head and sent him to the mat. 

Match 4Draft Match - Warrior vs. James Storm vs. Ric Flair vs. Brock Lesnar
Lesnar easily tossed Warrior over his head. Lesnar battled Warrior from elimination before clotheslining him over the top himself. Storm and Flair attacked Lesnar, but he was too strong. Lesnar and Storm teamed up and eliminated Flair. WWE or TNA will get yet another pick. Storm immediately sent Lesnar over the top and to the floor.

Match 5Draft Match - DDP vs. Magnus vs. Mark Henry vs. Big Show
The two big men went at it. DDP had Magnus hanging on the ropes, but was able to eliminate him. Show and DDP almost eliminated Henry. They succeeded about a minute later. DDP then shoved Show against the ropes, but Show came back strong. DDP sent him back on the apron and knocked him off.

Main EventDraft Match - Goldberg vs. Batista vs. Bobby Roode vs. Jack Swagger
Will Batista make it 3 in a row? Roode and Goldberg saved themselves multiple times early on from elimination. Roode hit Batista with a spine buster. Swagger landed an overhead German suplex. Goldberg came back with a spine buster. Swagger eliminated Goldberg. Swagger sent Batista to the apron and Roode scored the elimination. Roode picked Swagger up and body slammed him out of the ring.

WWE SmackDown
Match 1Draft Match - Wade Barrett vs. AJ Styles vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Dean Ambrose
Barrett hit Styles with a float-over DDT and a sit-out spine buster. He then had him in the corner, but Styles broke free. Barrett brought him back got the elimination. Dean had Rey against the ropes and Barrett helped with the elimination. As soon as Dean turned around, he was clotheslined over the top.

Match 2. Goldust vs. Tazz

Match 3Draft Match - DDP vs. Triple H vs. Rob Van Dam vs. Randy Orton
Orton quickly put Evolution aside and attacked Triple H. The two battled against the ropes before Orton got the elimination. DDP and Van Dam elimination Orton. RVD then hit DDP with Rolling Thunder. RVD then super kicked Page out of the ring.

Match 4Draft Match - Bret Hart vs. James Storm vs. Sheamus vs. Brock Lesnar
Bret hit Storm with a neck breaker and then eliminated him. He then stood by and watched Sheamus and Lesnar beat the crap out of each other. Lesnar and Bret eliminated Sheamus. Lesnar caught Bret with a clothesline from behind. After a piledriver, he clotheslined Lesnar over the top.

Match 5Draft Match - Curt Hennig vs. Ryback vs. Brodus Clay vs. Dolph Ziggler
Ryback quickly used his strength to take down Hennig. Brodus did the same to Ziggler. Brodus landed a body splash and took out Ziggler. After a Perfect-plex, Hennig tossed out Ryback. Brodus kept the pressure on Hennig. Curt was able to break free and dropkick Brodus over the top rope.

Main EventDraft Match - Goldberg vs. Batista vs. Bobby Roode vs. Jack Swagger
The final match in the draft. Goldberg took out Roode with ease. He hit a spine buster and the Jackhammer before the elimination. Swagger, Batista and Goldberg were all going at it. Goldberg hit Swagger with a finisher. Batista eliminated him. Batista countered Goldberg's finisher, but Goldberg came back and eliminated Batista.

Recap: I thought the rosters were big enough that we wouldn't see the same Superstars in a match. ECW and WCW got decimated in the draft early on. WCW went two full shows without winning a pick.

TNA SLAMMIVERSARY, Year 2


Match 1. Hell in a Cell - Williams vs. King vs. Sabin vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Young vs. Matt Hardy
A brutal match to show off the X-Divison. Matt and Jeff hit Sabin and King with simultaneous back suplexes. Petey locked Sabin in a Mexican surfboard. Jeff connected with a springboard splash on King. Petey hit Young with the Canadian Destroyer. Jeff hit Sabin with a Twist of Fate and busted him open. Matt hit Young with a springboard flipping leg drop. He then locked him in a modified abdominal stretch and won.

Match 2. Samoa Joe vs. Mr. Anderson
Anderson focused on the neck and back of Joe in the early going. He later lifted him up and hit the Green Bay Plunge. After a near fall, he hit the Mic Check, but Joe kicked out. Joe came back with a running power slam and near fall. He went for the Coquina Clutch, but Anderson countered it. Anderson got another near fall before winning with the Plunge.

Match 3. Tomko and Gunner vs. Bad Influence   TNA Tag Team Championship
Tomko made the hot tag to Gunner. He took out Daniels, but Kaz connected with a super kick. Gunner then hit Hanger 18. Gunner and Tomko kept Daniels in their corner with a double team move. Tomko got a near fall after a tilt-a-whirl back breaker on Daniels. Gunner planted Daniels with a DDT and hit another finisher to win.

Match 4. Kurt Angle vs. Magnus
Magnus hit a huge suplex. Angle came back with a nice hip toss and stomp. Angle then hit the three German suplexes and got a near fall. He hit another hip toss and got a second near fall. Magnus caught Angle with the MDD and almost won. Angle hit the Angle Slam and won.

Match 5. AJ Styles vs. Sami Zayn vs. Kassius Ohno vs. Austin Aries   TNA X-Division Championship
Zayn hit AJ with a reversed neck breaker as Aries caught Ohno with a running neck breaker. Zayn landed a tilt-a-whirl back breaker on Styles. Austin missed a springboard corkscrew on Ohno. Ohno DDT'd Zayn through the announce table. Zayn made it back into the ring and attacked Ohno. Ohno hit Zayn with a standing moonsault and then rolled him up to win the title.

Match 6. Sting vs. Christian
Sting had Christian in a headlock, but Christian countered it into a Russian leg sweep. He then caught Sting with a flapjack. Sting went for a piledriver, but Christian rolled out of it. Sting later lifted Christian up for a brain buster and won.

Main Event. James Storm vs. Bobby Roode   TNA Championship
Storm caught Roode with an enziguiri and a spine buster. Roode had a back breaker countered into an STO. Roode placed Storm on the announce table and put him through with a diving elbow drop. Storm came back and connected with the Last Call super kick. Roode landed a belly-to-belly side slam and Pay Off suplex to win the title.

Recap: Roode will enter Year 3 as the TNA champion. Ohno wins the X-Division title again. The other singles matches were a little too short. Let's head to the draft.

ECW BARELY LEGAL, Year 2


Match 1. Bray Wyatt vs. Rob Van Dam   ECW Television Championship
Van Dam caught Bray with multiple kicks and a heel kick, sending him back into the corner. Bray pulled out a chair and busted RVD open. RVD launched himself from the top and landed on Bray. He then hit the Rolling Thunder. He continued with a super kick, but Bray kicked out. RVD got a couple of near falls before Bray won with a running cross body splash.

Match 2. Hell in a Cell - Rey vs. Sabu vs. Tajiri vs. Spike vs. Gabriel vs. ?????
The sixth man is...Sin Cara! Spike hit Rey with a springboard hurricanrana. Sin Cara and Sabu left the ring for their battle. Tajiri landed multiple kicks to the back of Spike's head. There was a lot of fast-paced action that was hard to keep up with. Tajiri hit Spike with the Buzzsaw kick, but got a near fall. Rey and Sin Cara went back-to-back with springboard splashes on Sabu. Sin Cara hit Tajiri with two flipping STOs. Rey won by making Tajiri tap from an octopus hold.

Match 3. Table - The Dudleyz vs. London and Kendrick   ECW Tag Team Championship
Bubba hit London with two powerbombs. Kendrick hit Bubba with a jumping heel kick. Bubba hit Kendrick with his own powerbomb. London placed D-Von against the table. The Dudleyz worked over Kendrick in the corner before Bubba put him through with a leg drop. 

Match 4. Luke Harper and Erick Rowan vs. Big Show and Mark Henry
This is a huge test for the Wyatt Family. The Wyatts wore down Show in their corner. Henry came in and easily lifted Harper over his head for a press slam. Harper kicked out and connected with a huge clothesline. Henry took Rowan out with an STO and won after landed a running body splash.

Match 5. Raven vs. Tommy Dreamer
Raven countered Dreamer and hit a jaw breaker and a dropkick. After Dreamr dropped an elbow on Raven's back, there was long pin battle. Raven caught Dreamer with the Even Flow DDT and got a near fall. Raven missed a shoulder block and Dreamer hit the DDT and won. 

Match 6. Stone Cold vs. Sheamus
Sheamus hit a belly-to-belly slam. He went for a powerbomb, but Austin countered it into a face buster. Austin then hit his own powerbomb. Austin took down Sheamus with a clothesline and hit his "bionic elbow" smash. After a near fall, Austin hit the Stunner to win.

Main Event. Extreme Rules - Jack Swagger vs. CM Punk   ECW Championship
Swagger took Punk to the outside and hit a belly-to-belly. Back in the ring, the two were caught in a pin battle with some near falls. Swagger hit the gutwrench powerbomb, but Punk kicked out at 2. They went to the outside and Swagger hit another belly-to-belly and a power slam. He hit a second gutwrench and won.

Recap: Punk came up a little short against Swagger. Tommy Dreamer overcame The Flock and won. Harper and Rowan had a good showing.

WCW STARRCADE, Year 2


Match 1. Ric Flair vs. William Regal
Flair hit Regal with a back suplex. Titus O'Neil ran down and landed a sit-out spine buster on Regal. Regal came back with the Power of the Punch on Flair. Regal hit Flair with a belly-to-belly. Flair caught Regal with a double underhook suplex. He later hit a piledriver and won.

Match 2. nWo vs. Prime Time Players   WCW Tag Team Championship
Titus hit Hennig with a huge power slam. Young hit Steiner with a couple of elbow drops and got a near fall. He later hit a flying fore arm, but Steiner came back with a leg sweep. Young kicked out and hit Gut Check to finally win the tag titles.

Match 3. Wade Barrett vs. Bret Hart vs. DDP vs. Rick Rude   WCW United States Championship
Wade hit Bret with a sit-out powerbomb as Page hit Rude with a neck breaker. Wade then connected with the Bull Hammer and got a near fall. Page and Rude went back and forth with near falls. Rude landed his neck breaker and almost won. Bret hit Page with a piledriver as Barrett hit Rude with the Winds of Change to retain the title.

Match 4. Eddie Guerrero vs. Alberto Del Rio
After a dropkick, Eddie lifted Del Rio up and hit the Gory Bomb. Del Rio tossed Eddie into the corner and hit a body splash. He then hit a spike piledriver. Eddie hit a dragon screw and a springboard senton and got two near falls. He finished Del Rio off with the Three Amigos.

Match 5. Ultimate Warrior vs. Antonio Cesaro
Cesaro had Warrior set up for a double underhook powerbomb, but he countered it. Cesaro later lifted Warrior up on his shoulders and hit a Death Valley Driver. Fellow United Kingdom member Wade Barrett ran down and hit Warrior with the Bull Hammer. Warrior kicked out to the surprise of Cesaro and Barrett. Cesaro countered a gorilla press slam into a DDT. Warrior clotheslined Cesaro and hit the running splash to win.

Match 6. Edge vs. Kevin Nash w/ Scott Hall
This has been months in the making, ever since Nash kicked Edge out of the group. Nash hit Edge with a Jackknife powerbomb, but Edge kicked out. Curt Hennig walked down with a chair and cracked Edge over the head and then hit a Perfect-plex. Edge got up and speared Nash. After a leg sweep, Nash landed a second powerbomb and won.

Main Event. Hollywood Hogan vs. Goldberg   WCW Championship
Hogan had the upper hand on Goldberg in the early going. Goldberg couldn't build any momentum as Hogan kept countering his moves. Goldberg lifted Hogan up and hit the spine buster. Hogan connected with the big boot, but Goldberg kicked out. Hogan went for the leg drop, but Goldberg moved and speared Hogan. He then hit the Jackhammer to win the title.

Recap: O'Neil and Young pulled it off! Goldberg overcame the nWo and won the world title. Edge came up short due to outside interference. Barrett is ready to break off on his own.

WWE WRESTLEMANIA, Year 2

For the final PPVs of Year 2, each show will get their own 7-match event.

Match 1. Jake Roberts vs. Dean Ambrose   WWE Intercontinental Championship
Ambrose slammed Jake's head against the mat and then hit him with a cutter. After a neck breaker, Ambrose hit the front headlock driver, but Jake kicked out. Jake clotheslined Dean in the corner and then hit a knee smash. Jake got a near fall and immediately hit the DDT to retain the title.

Match 2. The Rock vs. Brock Lesnar
Rock hit Lesnar with a back breaker and then caught him with a Samoan drop. Rock continued with a swinging neck breaker and spine buster and almost won. Brock lifted Rock up for the triple powerbombs. After a near fall, Brock picked Rock up for the F5 and won.

Match 3. The Shield vs. The Brotherhood   WWE Tag Team Championship
The final battle. Reigns dead-lifted Goldust and hit a Samoan drop. He then hit a flying clothesline. Rollins attacked Cody on the outside while Reigns hit multiple punches. Rhodes and Goldust double teamed Rollins in their corner. Rollins came back with Paroxysm on Goldust and won.

Match 4. Battle Royal - Kofi vs. Lashley vs. Ziggler vs. Sandow vs. MVP vs. Douglas
The winner will be excluded from the draft and remain with WWE. Kofi quickly tossed Lashley over the top, but he came back. Sandow eliminated Lashley. MVP dropkicked Kofi out of the ring. Ziggler tossed Douglas against the rope and caught him with a snap slam. Sandow punched MVP in the face and off the apron. Douglas hit Sandow with three consecutive suplexes. Ziggler clotheslined Sandow over the top. He and Douglas were left. Ziggler then tossed Douglas into the corner and tossed him out to win.

Match 5. Hell in a Cell - Undertaker vs. Kane
Taker came out swinging. He took Kane down with a big boot and the Last Ride, but Kane kicked out. Kane stomped on Taker, but he came back with a back body drop. Taker caught Kane with a belly-to-belly side slam and got a near fall. He finished off his brother with a chokeslam.

Match 6. Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton
Orton hit a twisting back suplex and then a Lou Thesz Press. Triple H ran down and attacked Bryan. Why he's not training for his match is a wonder. Bryan tossed him out of the way. Orton grabbed Bryan and connected with an RKO to win.

Main Event. Triple H vs. Batista vs. John Cena   WWE Championship
Batista won the Rumble and Cena has been the top performer over the last few months. Triple H hit Batista with a face smash and a spine buster. Triple H later hit Cena with the Pedigree, but Batista broke up the pin. Cena grabbed Triple H from behind and landed the AA. Triple H and Cena hit Batista with a double DDT and suplex. Batista came back and hit Cena with a Batista Bomb to win the title.

Recap: Triple H creates controversy at WrestleMania. Batista wins the title! What will this mean for Evolution? Ziggler will remain with the WWE in Year 3.

March Week 4, Year 2

WCW Nitro
Match 1. Ultimo Dragon vs. Jinder Mahal

Match 2. Wade Barrett vs. Ricky Steamboat

Match 3. Edge and Randy Savage vs. nWo
Edge and Savage will put their differences aside. It's the team of Syxx, Steiner and Hennig. Steiner and Syxx hit Savage with a double shoulder tackle. Edge tossed Hennig into the ropes and hit him with the spear. Edge scored a near fall and immediately hit the Edge-O-Matic. He later speared Steiner, but he kicked out. Savage locked Hennig in a cobra clutch and won.

Match 4. Submission - Eddie Guerrero vs. Alberto Del Rio
Eddie left the ring and met Del Rio on the ramp and the match begun. Eddie took Del Rio down with a flying head scissors. He went for the Three Amigos, but Del Rio countered. Eddie landed a Gory Bomb and a monkey flip out of the corner. Del Rio locked in the cross arm breaker, but Eddie escaped. He then won with a modified cross face.

Match 5. Extreme Rules - Hollywood Hogan vs. Goldberg

Main Event. Ultimate Warrior vs. Antonio Cesaro
Cesaro connected with a shoulder tackle and a big boot. The two then were caught in a pin battle with many near falls. Cesaro went for a double underhook suplex, but Warrior countered it with a back body drop. Cesaro came back with a huge swing. Warrior rolled him up, but Cesaro countered and won.

ECW
Match 1. Justin Gabriel vs. Mark Henry

Match 2. Bray Wyatt vs. Sandman

Match 3. Sabu vs. Rob Vam Dam
RVD hit Sabu with a DDT on the outside. Sabu came back with a powerslam. Sabu went to the top, attempting a leg drop. RVD stopped him and hit a super hurricanrana. Van Dam got a couple of near falls. Sabu placed RVD on the top. He then went behind him and hit a reverse hurricanrana from the top to win.

Match 4. Big E Langston vs. Rhyno

Match 5. Tajiri vs. Tazz vs. Jack Swagger   #1 Contender's Match
Tazz got a couple of near falls on Tajiri and Swagger back-to-back. Tajiri and Swagger hit Tazz with a double gut buster. Tazz caught Swagger with a t-bone suplex. Tajiri ducked a clothesline and caught Swagger with a buzzsaw kick. Tazz and Swagger hit Tajiri with a double neck breaker and Tazz pinned Tajiri to win.

Main Event. Sheamus vs. Stone Cold
Austin kept picking Sheamus up and slamming him back down. Sheamus lifted Austin and hit the Irish Curse back breaker. After a near fall, he went for the Celtic Cross, but Austin countered it. Austin then went for the Stunner, but Sheamus blocked it and hit his finisher to win.

TNA Impact
Match 1. Eric Young vs. Kenny King

Match 2. Xavier Woods and Petey Williams vs. Fandango and Matt Hardy

Match 3. Christopher Daniels vs. Sami Zayn
Daniels tossed Zayn into the corner and elbowed him in the back. He then kicked him in the same spot. Zayn came back with a huge brain buster. He went for another one, but Daniels countered it. Zayn landed a flying head scissors and got another near fall. He finished him off with two flying clotheslines and a dropkick.

Match 4. Kurt Angle and Jeff Hardy vs. Chris Jericho and Christian
Jericho tossed Jeff into the corner and then caught him with a neck breaker. Jeff missed a springboard splash and Christian hit a flapjack. Tomko ran down with a chair and attacked Jeff. Angle went for an Angle Slam on Jericho, but it was reversed. Jericho then hit the Codebreaker. Angle came back with the triple German suplexes. Jeff and Angle landed a diving cross body and suplex combo on Christian to win.

Match 5. Tomko and Gunner vs. American Wolves

Main Event. Submission - Sting vs. Mr. Anderson
The two brawled on the outside. Anderson put Sting through the announce table with a Green Bay Plunge. Back in the ring, Sting and Anderson traded reversals and counters. Sting landed a suplex and a near fall. Anderson came back and hit the Scorpion Death Drop. Sting got up and hit his own finisher and won with a camel clutch.

WWE SmackDown
Match 1. Bobby Lashley vs. Damien Sandow

Match 2. Sin Cara vs. The Miz

Match 3. Ryback vs. Dolph Ziggler
Ziggler was fighting on his heels for most of the match. He took some punches before catching Ryback with a snap slam. Ziggler hit a dropkick. Ryback came back with a DDT and the meat hook clothesline before getting the win.

Match 4. Kofi Kingston vs. Shane Douglas

Match 5. Batista and Randy Orton vs. The Brotherhood
MVP and Curtis Axel attacked Cody and Goldust from behind before the match began. Orton and Batista double teamed Goldust in their corner. Cody and Goldust hit Batista with a double neck breaker. Batista came back with a Batista Bomb on Goldy. Goldust got up and hit the Curtain Call. Cody hit Orton with a snap suplex and quick cover, but got a near fall. Orton ducked a clothesline and rolled Cody up to win.

Main Event. Jake Roberts, Daniel Bryan and ????? vs. The Shield
Who is the third man? It's John Cena! Jake and Bryan hit Rollins with a double hip toss. The Shield then worked over Bryan in their corner. Reigns came in and beat down the old vet. Jake and Rollins were trading near falls. Rollins then hit Paroxysm to win.

Recap: This is it. Year 2 is almost done. Can Goldberg overcome Hogan and the nWo? There seems to be no friction between Batista and Triple H. I'm also looking forward to the draft right after the PPVs.

March Week 3, Year 2

WCW Nitro
Match 1. Syxx vs. Hurricane vs. Psychosis vs. Billy Kidman

Match 2. Ultimo Dragon vs. Heath Slater

Match 3. Edge and DDP vs. nWo
Nash and Hall worked well as a team with double team moves. Fellow nWo member Scott Steiner ran down and attacked DDP as Nash hit Edge with the Jackknife. Nash got near falls on both Edge and DDP. Nash busted Edge open with a DDT. Hall lifted DDP up and hit the Outsider's Edge to win.

Match 4. Eddie Guerrero vs. Drew McIntyre

Match 5. Extreme Rules - Goldberg vs. Hollywood Hogan
The champion and challenger are going at it tonight. Hogan got the upper hand with an attack from behind. Goldberg hit Hogan with an STO and a spine buster on the outside. He hit a DDT and a second spine buster before hitting the Jackhammer in the ring to win.

Main Event. Submission - Ultimate Warrior Billy Kidman vs. Antonio Cesaro
Warrior came out holding his shoulder. Billy Kidman came out as a replacement. Kidman caught Cesaro with a release German suplex. Cesaro hit Kidman with a double stomp. Kidman came back with an Unprettier. Cesaro hit the Neutralizer. Kidman hit a second finisher and made Cesaro tap with a reverse hammerlock. 

ECW
Match 1. Tazz vs. Rhyno

Match 2. Paul London vs. Lance Storm

Match 3. Rob Vam Dam vs. Big Show
RVD tossed Show to the apron and then dropkicked him to the floor. Show landed a back body drop and the Final Cut. After a near fall, he hit the WMD punch and won.

Match 4. Bubba Ray vs. Brian Kendrick

Match 5. Extreme Rules - CM Punk vs. Jack Swagger
Swagger caught Punk with a release German suplex. He hit a twisting back suplex and hit Punk with a kendo stick. Punk came back with a GTS, but Swagger kicked out. Swagger won after landing the gutwrench powerbomb.

After the match, Swagger continued beating on Punk.

Main Event. Stone Cold vs. Sabu
Sheamus walked down and stood at ringside. Sabu dropped a couple of elbows to Austin's back and then hit a DDT. After a flipping neck breaker, he connected with the Arabian Face Buster to win.

TNA Impact
Match 1. Eric Young vs. Kenny King

Match 2. Petey Williams vs. Chris Sabin

Match 3. Kassius Ohno vs. Sami Zayn
The rivalry continues. Ohno landed a tilt-a-whirl back breaker. Zayn retaliated with a springboard head scissors take down. Kenny King and Petey Williams ran down. Zayn hit Ohno with a brain buster. The two traded near falls before Zayn hit a second brain buster to win.

Match 4. Jeff Hardy vs. Austin Aries

Match 5. Sting vs. James Storm vs. Mr. Anderson
Storm busted Anderson open with a DDT. Sting got a couple of near falls on both Anderson and Storm. Anderson countered a double suplex and DDT'd Sting and Storm. Anderson later caught Sting with the Mic Check. Storm landed Closing Time and Sting hit Storm with a Scorpion Death Drop and won.

Main Event. Truth & Consequences vs. Bad Influence   #1 Contender's Match
Truth and Woods hit Kaz with a drop toe hold and elbow drop combo. They went for a leg sweep/STO on Daniels, but Kaz broke it up. Daniels hit Woods with Angel's Wings. Eddie Edwards came out and attacked Daniels. Kaz caught Truth with a twisting STO and won.

WWE SmackDown
Match 1. The Usos vs. The Brotherhood

Match 2. Sin Cara vs. MVP

Match 3. Ryback vs. Dolph Ziggler

Match 4. The Shield vs. Evolution
Reigns and Rollins take on Triple H and Orton. Orton drove his knee into the back of Reigns and then hit a spinning back suplex. On the outside, Reigns and Rollins hit Triple H with a chop block/clothesline combo. Triple H hit Reigns with a spine buster and near fall. Orton connected with an RKO on Rollins. Reigns came back in and hit Triple H with the flying clothesline and won.

Match 5. The Miz vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Damien Sandow   #1 Contender's Match
The winners will face Jake Roberts for the IC title. Jake attacked Sandow from behind. Sandow caught Ambrose with a pump handle powerbomb. Ambrose hit Miz with the front headlock driver. Sandow then hit Ambrose with Terminus. Miz and Ambrose landed a double suplex on Sandow. He then hit Miz with a second finisher and won.

Main Event. Undertaker vs. Batista
Batista tossed Taker on the apron and DDT'd him on it head first. Back in the ring, Taker hit a back body drop and connected with Old School. He then got a two count with a Tombstone. He hit a second near fall after a DDT. Taker finished off The Animal after a chokeslam. 

Recap: Goldberg defeated the champ. Will we see it again in two weeks? The Shield will take over WWE before you know it. ECW was a quick show this week.

Match 4. Submission - Alberto Del Rio vs. Randy Savage
Del Rio hit a flapjack and a gut buster. After a hip toss, Savage connected with a scoop slam and diving elbow drop. Later, Del Rio hit a release German suplex. He went for the cross arm breaker, but Savage countered it. He hit a second slam and elbow drop to win.

After the match, Eddie walked down and had some words for Del Rio.

Match 5. Extreme Rules - Hollywood Hogan vs. Wade Barrett
Goldberg attacked Hogan from behind. Barrett hit a spinning slam and Wasteland right away, but Hogan kicked out. On the outside, Barrett pulled out a sledgehammer and kendo stick, but Hogan countered with a shoulder block and hip toss. He landed a back suplex and multiple punches. Back in the ring, Hogan slammed Barrett down and hit the leg drop to win.

After the match, Goldberg came out and signaled he's taking Hogan's title.

Main Event. Ultimate Warrior vs. Antonio Cesaro
Cesaro clotheslined Warrior from behind on the ramp. The two traded counters and reversals in the early going. Cesaro landed a sit-out slam, but Warrior got right up. Warrior slammed Cesaro through the announce table. Neither man was able to hit their finisher. Warrior connected with rights and lefts before hitting the gorilla press slam and the pin.

ECW
Match 1. Big E Langston vs. Brodus Clay
Langston took Clay down with a spine buster and then hit the Big Ending, but Clay kicked out. Clay grabbed Big E by the legs and swung him around. Clay then hit a spike DDT. Langston came back and hit a second finisher to win.

Match 4. The Dudleyz vs. London and Kendrick

Main Event. Extreme Rules - Sheamus vs. Rob Van Dam
On the outside, Van Dam hit some kicks. Sheamus grabbed RVD and slammed him through the announce table. RVD pulled out a chair and busted Sheamus open. Sheamus made it to his feet and caught RVD with the Celtic Cross. Back in the ring, RVD blocked the Brogue Kick and hit a super kick to win.

After the match, Austin came out and stared down Sheamus.

TNA Impact
Match 1. Fandango vs. Xavier Woods vs. Kenny King

Match 2. Eric Young vs. Matt Hardy

Match 3. Kazarian vs. Sami Zayn
Kaz too apart the announce table. Zayne grabbed Kaz by the arm and then bounced around the ring before landed a head scissors. Zayn continued with a delayed suplex. Kaz hit a float-ove DDT and reverse piledriver to win.

Match 4. Jeff Hardy vs. Christopher Daniels

Match 5. Hell in a Cell - Kassius Ohno vs. Samoa Joe   #1 Contender's Match
Well, this is one way to decide a No. 1 contender. Austin Aries was seen sitting at ringside. Joe dropkicked Ohno in the corner. Ohno then came back with a tilt-a-whirl back breaker. Ohno later hit a twisting back suplex and got a near fall. He finished the match with a cross face.

Main Event. Mr. Anderson vs. Sting w/ Booker T   #1 Contender's Match
Sting tossed Anderson into the corner and then hit the Stinger Splash. He then hit the Scorpion Death Drop, but Anderson kicked out. Sting continued with a hanging suplex and got a second near fall. He ended the match with a second finisher.

WWE SmackDown
Match 1. Jake Roberts vs. MVP

Match 3. Triple H and Batista vs. John Cena and Daniel Bryan
Ryback ran down and entered the ring. Bryan fought him off, then went back to Triple H. Cena caught Triple H with the Pedigree. Triple H went for the spine buster, but Bryan countered into a DDT. Triple H was able to hit his finisher, but Bryan kicked out. Triple H caught Cena with a face smash, but Bryan broke up the pin. Batista tossed Triple H into Bryan and then got the win.

Match 4. Kofi Kingston vs. Shane Douglas

Match 5. Extreme Rules - Shawn Michaels vs. Brock Lesnar
Michaels left the ring and attacked Lesnar on the ramp to start the match. Lesnar went to grab a chair, but Michaels stopped him. He later grabbed a ladder, garbage can and a chair. He hit HBK over the head with the can and then hit a back breaker. Lesnar lifted Michaels up for the triple powerbombs and won.

Main Event. The Shield vs. The Brotherhood   WWE Tag Team Championship
Cody was on the receiving end of Paroxysm, but was able to kick out. Goldust hit Rollins with a super fall away slam. Rollins DDT'd Cody through the announce table and then hit Goldust with Paroxysm. Does Rollins not need Reigns? Reigns got a near fall on Goldust after a back suplex. The Shield hit Goldy with a spear/clothesline combo and won.

Recap: Is there tension building between Triple H and Batista? Ohno vs. Aries will be a great match. Hogan and Goldberg is making this very personal.

WCW Nitro
Match 1. Ricky Steamboat vs. Curt Hennig

Match 2. Prime Time Players vs. 2MB

Match 3. Ted DiBiase vs. Rick Rude

Match 4. Eddie Guerrero vs. Alberto Del Rio
Eddie hit Del Rio with the Three Amigos. Del Rio came back with a superplex. Del Rio lifted Eddie up and hit him with a shoulder breaker. Del Rio then left the ring, but came back before the 10 count. Eddie connected with a heel kick and a brain buster to win.

Match 5. Goldberg vs. Wade Barrett
Goldberg lifted Barrett up by the throat and dropped him with a spine buster. He then slammed him through the announce table with the Jackhammer. Goldberg then dropped an elbow and almost got the win. After a hanging suplex and snap neck breaker, Goldberg got the win.

After the match, Hogan hit Goldberg from behind with the world title.

Main Event. Ultimate Warrior vs. Antonio Cesaro
Warrior and Cesaro quickly left the ring. Warrior hit a clothesline. Cesaro came right back with a sit-out slam. Cesaro tossed Warrior into the steel steps. Warrior won after a press slam onto the steps.

Rest in peace, Warrior.

ECW
Match 1. Tazz vs. Big E Langston w/ Sandman

Match 2. Justin Gabriel and Spike Dudley vs. Impact Players

Match 3. Rey Mysterio vs. Rob Van Dam

Match 4. The Dudleyz vs. London and Kendrick
It's power vs. speed. Bubba hit London with an overhead belly-to-belly. London caught Bubba with a knee to the gut and a hurricanrana before getting a two count. D-Von came in and landed a powerslam and DDT and won.

Match 5. Jack Swagger vs. Raven
Punk clotheslined Swagger from behind. Why is he helping Raven? Swagger clotheslined Raven multiple times before taking out his left knee. He then hit the gutwrench, but Raven kicked out. Raven hit a super back suplex and Even Flow DDT. He got two near falls before hitting a piledriver to win.

After the match, Punk walked back out and signaled he wants the title.

Main Event. Stone Cold vs. Sheamus
Sheamus took Austin down with a single-leg take down. Austin got right up and landed a Lou Thesz Press. After a near fall, Austin immediately connected with the Stunner and pinned the Celtic Warrior.

TNA Impact
Match 1. Kassius Ohno vs. Davey Richards w/ Eddie Edwards

Match 2. Truth and Consequences vs. Tomko and Gunner

Match 3. Chris Jericho vs. Sami Zayn
Zayn countered a hold into a take down and then hit a back breaker. After two near falls, Zayn lifted Jericho up for a brain buster and won.

Match 4. Jeff Hardy vs. Kazarian

Match 5. AJ Styles vs. Austin Aries   TNA X-Division Championship
Austin Aries is cashing in his guaranteed rematch. Aries hit a hurricanrana, but Styles landed a kick to the chest and one to the head. Aries is doing everything he can to win back the title, including a DDT through the announce table. Styles came back with the Styles Clash, but Aries kicked out. After a missed heel kick from Aries, Styles hit a second finisher to retain.

Main Event. Mr. Anderson vs. James Storm   TNA Championship
This is Storm's final title shot. Anderson went for a clothesline, but Storm countered into a spine buster. He then hit Closing Time (Codebreaker), but Anderson kicked out. Anderson landed a falling neck breaker and then tossed Storm into the corner. Storm came back and hit the Last Call super kick. Anderson kicked out again, so Storm hit Closing Time, but another kick out. Storm finished Anderson with one more super kick.

WWE SmackDown
Match 1. Sin Cara and Jake Roberts vs. Chris Masters and JBL

Match 2. The Usos vs. Randy Orton and Batista
This was randomly assigned. Very ironic, I agree. Orton took Jimmy down and stomped all over his body. Orton then had him on the outside and kicked his head against the steel post. Jimmy came back and caught Orton with a Samoan drop. Orton and Batista hit him with a double DDT. Batista DDT'd Jey and then hit him with a spine buster to win.

Match 3. Dolph Ziggler vs. Kane
Kane caught Ziggler with a spinning sidewalk slam and then a DDT. On the outside, Kane hit a second slam and the Tombstone. Ziggler somehow busted Kane open with a DDT. Kane repaid the favor. Ziggler hit Kane with his heart stopper elbows and got a near fall. Kane hit a second Tombstone to win.

Match 4. Shane Douglas vs. Kofi Kingston

Match 5. Shawn Michaels vs. The Miz

Main Event. Roman Reigns w/ Seth Rollins vs. Cody Rhodes w/ Goldust
Cody hit Roman with a snap slam and went for a pin. Reigns kicked out and broke Cody in half with a spear. Cody rolled Reigns up and then connected with Cross Rhodes onto a chair. Reigns hit a back breaker and flying clothesline and won.

Recap: The roads to Starrcade and WrestleMania are underway. Some upsets took place on TNA. Storm wins the title!

April 8, 2014

ELIMINATION CHAMBER, Year 2

One more PPV before WrestleMania (and Starrcade).

Match 1. American Wolves vs. Tomko and Gunner
Edwards caught Gunner with a kick to the gut and an arm drag. Richards came in and flew around Tomko for a bit. Christian ran down and attacked Edwards. Richards connected with multiple kicks to Tomko's chest and head. Gunner came in and landed a back breaker to neck breaker combo and won.

Match 2. Damien Sandow vs. Jake Roberts   WWE Intercontinental Championship
Jake landed a suplex and then rolled Sandow up, but got a two count. They then went to the outside where Roberts hit a back body drop. Sandow caught Jake with a northern lights suplex and a long two count. Jake got another near fall. Sandow hit You're Welcome and rolled Jake up. Roberts reversed it and scored the win.

Match 3. Extreme Rules - Jeff Hardy vs. Magnus
Jeff stopped Magnus on the ramp and the match began. There was a pin battle early that went on for about a minute. Magnus pulled out a kendo stick and busted Jeff open with it. Jeff focused on the head of Magnus with a DDT and back elbow smash. Magnus connected with the MDD and then rolled Jeff up to win.

Match 4. Kane vs. Undertaker vs. Triple H   WWE Championship
I couldn't do Kane/Taker one-on-one yet. Kane took out the ref as Taker countered a headlock into a back suplex. Kane placed Triple H on the top and then chokeslammed him down to the mat. Kane and Triple H landed a double gut buster and Triple H got a near fall. Triple H hit Kane with the Pedigree. Kane caught Taker with a chokeslam. Kane and Triple H hit a double gut buster. Triple H reversed a double suplex and DDT'd both men. He then dragged Kane to the middle of the ring and won the title.

Match 5. Mr. Anderson vs. James Storm   TNA Championship
Storm hit Anderson with a spine buster and went for the super kick, but Anderson ducked it. Anderson took Storm down with an STO and got a near fall. Storm then connected with Last Call, but Anderson kicked out. Anderson had the Green Bay Plunge countered, but hit it seconds later and won.

Match 6. The Shield vs. The Brotherhood and Daniel Bryan
Reigns tossed Goldust into the air and caught him with a Samoan drop and then a flying clothesline. Goldust and Bryan landed a double DDT. Bryan connected with his kicks and got a near fall. Ambrose and Cody traded counters before Cody hit Cross Rhodes. Rollins took Goldust out with a hurricanrana and went for the pin. Bryan hit Rollins with a suplex, but Rollins caught him with a roll up and won.

Main Event. Aries vs. Styles vs. Ohno vs. Kaz vs. Daniels vs. Joe   TNA X-Division Championship
This may be the best chamber match of all time. Ohno and Daniels kicked off the match. Ohno landed a back elbow and a dropkick. Kaz left his chamber first. Bad Influence are together. They hit Ohno with a double gut buster. They then hit a double suplex. Aries was the second to leave his pod. Samoa Joe was next to enter. He went after the champ. Kaz hit Ohno with a reverse piledriver and almost got the pin. Aries finally left his pod and all six men are in the ring.

Ohno was eliminated, but I missed how it was done. Joe locked Aries in the Coquina Clutch, but couldn't get him to tap. Aries eliminated Daniels after the brain buster. Joe then eliminated Aries with a reverse chin lock. Styles caught Kaz with the Styles Clash and eliminated him. Joe and Styles were the last two. Joe tossed Styles through the ropes and to the steel floor. Styles came back with a couple of near falls. After breaking free of the Clutch, Styles won with the Styles Clash.

Recap: Jake wins his first title ever. Triple H might have just ruined my 'Mania plans. The Shield are going strong into 'Mania.

April 7, 2014

February Week 4, Year 2

WCW Nitro
Match 1. Billy Kidman vs. Psychosis

Match 2. Ultimo Dragon vs. Syxx
Dragon placed Syxx on the top rope and landed a super German suplex. Syxx missed a heel kick and Dragon landed a bulldog and almost won. Syxx hit a springboard splash and got a long two count. Syxx connected with the Bronco Buster, springboard splash and super kick to win.

Match 3. Ted DiBiase vs. Eddie Guerrero

Match 4. Antonio Cesaro vs. Drew McIntyre
McIntyre feels left behind by Cesaro competing as a singles star. Drew came out firing. He landed a suplex and Complete Shot. Cesaro kicked out, but Drew was ready with the Future Shock DDT and won in less than four minutes.

Match 5. Prime Time Players vs. 2 Man Band

Main Event. Hollywood Hogan vs. Bret Hart
Hogan went for a suplex, but Bret countered it into a neck breaker. Hogan hit the big boot and leg drop, but Bret kicked out at two. Bret had Hogan in the corner and locked in the Figure Four around the steel post. He then hit the piledriver on the outside. Back in the ring, Bret hit a second piledriver to win.

After the match, Warrior walked down and celebrated with Bret.

ECW
Match 1. London and Kendrick vs. Wyatt Family
London and Kendrick took Rowan down with a drop toe hold and elbow drop. The Wyatts then gave their beating to London. Kendrick came in and hit Harper with a heel kick and Sliced Bread No. 2. Bubba Ray ran down and attacked the Wyatts. Rowan caught Kendrick with a chokeslam and won.

Match 2. Bray Wyatt vs. Tajiri

Match 3. Rhyno vs. Sabu

Match 4. Tazz vs. Rey Mysterio
Tazz landed a knee smash and a release German suplex. Rey caught Tazz with a flying head scissors take down. He then took Tazz down with a snapmare and connected with a dropkick. Tazz grabbed Rey and hit a t-bone suplex to win.

Match 5. Justin Gabriel vs. Brodus Clay

Main Event. Big Show vs. Raven vs. Stone Cold   #1 Contender's Match
Show and Raven double teamed Austin. Raven used a steel chair. Show got a near fall on Raven, but Austin broke it up. Raven hit Austin with a DDT and hip toss. Raven then hit Show with a top rope cutter. Show caught Raven with a spear. Austin picked Raven back up and hit the Stunner. Austin and Show landed a double chokeslam and and Austin got the win.

After the match, Sheamus ran down and attacked Austin with a lead pipe.

TNA Impact
Match 1. Sting and Kurt Angle vs. Bobby Roode and Chris Jericho
Sting took down Roode with an arm drag and then tagged in Angle. Roode immediately hit Angle with a spine buster. Sting and Angle worked over Roode before Angle landed an overhead belly-to-belly. Angle DDT'd Jericho on the apron. Roode and Jericho landed a double hip toss on Angle. Roode then hit Pay Off to win.

Match 2. Xavier Woods vs. Fandango

Match 3. Christopher Daniels vs. Sami Zayn
Zayn landed a backhanded chop and a tilt-a-whirl back breaker. He connected with a head scissors take down and another back breaker. Daniels put Zayn through the announce table with a Complete Shot. Zayn barely broke the 10 count. He came back with a sunset powerbomb. Daniels kicked out and then rolled Zayn up to win.

Match 4. Jeff Hardy vs. Tomko
Magnus attacked Jeff from behind. Jeff caught Tomko with two clotheslines and a dropkick. He later hit the Twist of Fate, but Tomko kicked out. Tomko hit a face smash and a full nelson slam. After a two count, he went for a finish, but it was countered. Jeff then hit a second Twist of Fate to win.

Match 5. Extreme Rules - Austin Aries vs. AJ Styles

Main Event. Mr. Anderson vs. James Storm

WWE SmackDown
Match 1. John Cena, Daniel Bryan and The Rock vs. Evolution
Yeah, this match is happening without any build. Rock and Bryan hit Orton with a double hip toss and elbow drop. Batista caught Rock with a spine buster and a near fall. Bryan went for the Yes Lock on Triple H, but he countered it. Triple H received a double suplex, but hit Bryan with the Pedigree and won.

Match 2. Sin Cara vs. Shane Douglas

Match 3. Curtis Axel vs. Jake Roberts

Match 4. Shawn Michaels vs. The Miz
Why not see what happens? Michaels focused on the legs of Miz with a stomp to the hamstring and locking in a Figure Four. He then connected with the Sweet Chin Music. Miz kicked out and took over. He landed the Skull Crushing Finale and got a near fall. Miz grabbed Michaels and hit the front headlock driver to win.

Match 5. Kane vs. Undertaker

Main Event. Roman Reigns w/ Seth Rollins vs. Cody Rhodes w/ Goldust
Cody and Reigns took the match to the outside. Rollins tossed in a chair, but Cody kept it away from him and hit the Alabama Slam. Reigns hit a flying clothesline and got a near fall. Cody kicked out of another pin and landed a snap slam. Reigns blocked a punch and hit the spear for the win.

Recap: Miz upset Michaels without the help of Lesnar. Sami Zayn can't have a bad match, even in defeat. Will Hogan lose his title soon?

April 5, 2014

CYBER SUNDAY, Year 2


Match 1. Syxx vs. Psychosis   WCW Cruiserweight Championship
Pac countered a punch and hit Psychosis with the X-Factor. He then DDT'd Psychosis on the apron. Psychosis caught Syxx with a jumping DDT and almost won. Syxx landed a back suplex and got a near fall. Psychosis landed a flying head scissors and back body drop to win the title.

Match 2. 6-man Tag - The Dudleyz vs. Raven's Flock
Raven and Storm hit D-Von with a drop toe hold/elbow drop combo. D-Von countered a suplex and hit Storm with a neck breaker. Spike caught Raven with a headbutt and flipping neck breaker. He then hit the Dudley Dog. All six men began to brawl. The Dudleyz caught Raven with the 3D. Storm and Credible connected with a super kick/leg sweep combo. The ref had no choice but to throw the match out.

Match 3. Inter-promotional - Ultimo Dragon vs. Rey Mysterio
Rey landed an arm drag and standing moonsault. He then hit a hurricanrana. Dragon came back with the same set of moves. These two athletes are mirror images of each other. Rey had Ultimo in the corner, but he missed the attack. Dragon then hit a monkey flip and a kick to the head to win.

Match 4. nWo vs. Prime Time Players
Goldberg ran down and attacked Nash. Hall caught him with a chokeslam. Hall then hit the Outsider's Edge on Young, but Titus broke it up. Hall and Nash took Young out with a double suplex. Young countered both of the nWo's finishing moves and tagged in Titus. O'Neil hit Hall with a sit-out spine buster. Hall held Titus as Nash connected with a knockout punch and won.

Match 5. Brodus Clay vs. Jack Swagger vs. CM Punk vs. Stone Cold   ECW Championship
The four men quickly brought in some weapons, including a table, garbage can and the steel steps. Punk and Swagger, who have been feuding for months, battled in the ring. Clay took it to Austin on the outside with the steps and a garbage can. Swagger hit Punk with the gutwrench powerbomb on the outside and won.

Match 6. Bray Wyatt vs. Big E Langston   ECW Television Championship
Big E landed some punches to the face and then lifted Bray up for a press slam. He later connected with the Big Ending and got a near fall. Bray came back with snake eyes and a flying cross body splash. He blocked a punch and hit Sister Abigail, but Langston kicked out. He hit a body splash in the corner and then took Langston out with a flying clothesline to retain.

Main Event. Hogan vs. Warrior vs. Savage vs. Edge vs. Del Rio vs. Cesaro   WCW Championship
This is an Elimination Chamber match. Warrior and Cesaro kicked off the match. Both stars landed big power slams. The first man to enter was the champ, Hogan. He stood on the outside, watching Warrior and Cesaro fight. Savage was the next man to leave his pod. Hogan finally entered the ring and went after Savage. Edge's pod opened and he entered the ring. Hogan was getting worked over, but left the ring for a break. He connected with the big boot on Edge as Del Rio entered the match.

Hogan hit Edge with the leg drop and got a long two count. Cesaro caught Warrior with the uppercut and scored the elimination. Edge and Savage were in a pinning battle which saw Savage get the advantage and pick up the elimination. Hogan broke free of Cesaro's submission and hit the leg drop to get the elimination. After waiting in the weeds, Hogan hit Del Rio with a big boot and leg drop to eliminate him. Hogan and Savage remain. Hogan then hit Savage with a DDT and leg drop. Instead of going for a pin, Hogan landed a second leg drop and won to retain the WCW title.

Recap: Hogan retained the title without any help from his nWo stablemates. I'm surprised Brodus Clay lost the title. Psychosis put on a great match to win the Cruiserweight title.

April 4, 2014

February Week 3, Year 2

WCW Nitro
Match 1. Psychosis vs. Syxx

Match 2. Ultimo Dragon vs. Heath Slater

Match 3. Eddie Guerrero vs. Ted DiBiase

Match 4. Ultimate Warrior vs. Hollywood Hogan
During the match, Hennig and Savage ran down and into the ring. Hennig caught Warrior with a Perfect-plex. The two fought on the outside as Warrior landed an STO. Hogan hit Warrior with a DDT and a near fall. Warrior came back with a snap slam. He landed a running splash on Hogan's back to win.

Match 5. Curt Hennig vs. Rick Rude vs. Ricky Steamboat   #1 Contender's Match
Hogan attacked Steamboat from behind. Steamboat lifted Rude up and slammed him back down hard. Rude went to hit Hennig with a piledriver, but Steamboat broke it up. Hennig and Steamboat hit Rude with a double gut buster. He then hit Rude with a Perfect-plex to win.

After the match, Hennig was about to leave the ring but he turned around and stomped on Steamboat.

Main Event. Bret Hart vs. Antonio Cesaro
Cesaro rubbed Bret's face into the mat and then dropped an elbow to the back. Bret tossed Cesaro into the corner and caught him with a German suplex and near fall. Cesaro landed a sit-out slam and put Bret in a torture rack. Bret blocked a kick and hit the piledriver to win.

ECW
Match 1. Spike Dudley vs. Stevie Richards

Match 2. London and Kendrick vs. Impact Players

Match 3. Rob Van Dam vs. Rhyno
Rhyno caught a charging Van Dam with a vicious spine buster. He later connected with a spike piledriver. He then hit a DDT, but RVD kept coming back. He ducked a clothesline and rolled Rhyno up, but got a two count. Rhyno ended it with a sit-out powerbomb.

Match 4. Rey Mysterio vs. Tazz

Match 5. Table - Bray Wyatt vs. Tajiri
Bray was holding the table, but Tajiri dropkicked it into him. Bray came back with a powerbomb and a crossbody. Tajiri went for a flying head scissors, but Bray countered it into a back breaker. Tajiri landed a super kick and the Buzzsaw kick on the outside. Tajiri was on the top rope. Bray knocked him around and out him through the table with a superplex.

Main Event. CM Punk vs. Jack Swagger
Punk blocked a kick from Swagger and connected with the GTS. Swagger tossed Punk into the steel steps and then landed a DDT. Punk kicked Swagger in the back of the head and then kicked his head against the steel post. Swagger was a bloody mess when he power slammed Punk and won.

TNA Impact
Match 1. Booker T vs. Bobby Roode

Match 2. American Wolves vs. Kenny King and Kassius Ohno
Ohno had Edwards in the tree of woe, but he escaped and landed multiple kicks to the hamstrings. Richards came in and immediately hit a dropkick and hurricanrana. Richards connected with a Pele kick to the back of King's head. King distracted Richards, allowing Ohno to connect with the Death Blow to win.

Match 3. Sami Zayn vs. Christopher Daniels

Match 4. Submission - Jeff Hardy vs. Magnus

Match 5. Extreme Rules - Mr. Anderson vs. James Storm
Early in the match, Storm suplexed Anderson through the announce table. Storm connected with the Last Call super kick and almost won. Storm DDT'd Anderson on the steel steps and busted him open. Storm landed a spine buster and another super kick. Anderson came back with the Green Bay Plunge. After a shot to the gut with a baseball bat, Anderson hit the Mic Check and won.

After the match, Anderson continued stomping on Storm.

Main Event. AJ Styles vs. Austin Aries
Aries ran down and took down Styles before the bell rang. Styles came back with a snap DDT and arm drag. On the outside, Aries connected with a Death Valley Driver. Styles brought in a sledgehammer, but Aries hit the brain buster. After multiple near falls, Aries won after a second brain buster.

WWE SmackDown
Match 1. Kofi Kingston vs. Shane Douglas

Match 2. The Usos vs. Batista and Randy Orton
Shawn Michaels ran down and attacked Batista. Shouldn't he be training for Lesnar? Jimmy caught Orton with a Samoan drop. Michaels left and it went back to a two-on-two. Jey blocked a punch from Batista and hit the super kick. The Usos landed an atomic drop/big boot combo. Batista blocked another kick and hit Jimmy with a spine buster to win.

Match 3. Dolph Ziggler vs. Damien Sandow vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Bobby Lashley

Match 4. Extreme Rules - Shawn Michaels vs. Brock Lesnar
Lesnar pulled out a chair, but Michaels took it away and busted him open. Lesnar came back and landed a fall away slam. Michaels connected with the Sweet Chin Music and almost won. Back on the outside, Lesnar hit a clothesline and DDT. Lesnar hit a spine buster and got another near fall before hitting the F5 to win.

Match 5. Extreme Rules - Kane vs. Undertaker
Taker clotheslined Kane out of the ring and then hit a flying lariat. Taker then wailed on Kane with a steel chair. Kane came back with a powerbomb. Taker lifted Kane up and hit the Tombstone, but Kane kicked out. Kane landed two DDTs and got two near falls. Taker connected with a chokeslam to win.

After the match, Taker continued stomping on the champ.

Main Event. Seth Rollins vs. Goldust w/ Cody Rhodes


Recap: Can Taker make the full comeback and win the title? Anderson has made quick work of his next challenger. Bray Wyatt destroyed Tajiri and Warrior put Hogan in his place.
