July Week 1, Year 4

WWE Raw
Match 1. CM Punk vs. Bobby Roode
Punk landed some kicks that sent Roode flying out of the ring. He then hit a swinging neck breaker. Roode came back with a clothesline and a swinging sidewalk slam. Roode landed a sit-out spine buster and got a near fall before hitting Pay Off to win.

Match 2. Lucha Dragons vs. Motor City Machine Guns
The Dragons hit Shelley with a snapmare/basement dropkick combo. Later, Goldust interfered and hit Sin Cara with the Curtain Call. Shelley hit Kalisto with the Automatic Midnight piledriver. After some near falls, Kalisto rolled Shelley up to win.

Match 3. The Brotherhood vs. Wyatt Family

Match 4. Diamond Dallas Page vs. Bray Wyatt

Match 5. Randy Orton vs. James Storm
Triple H ran down. He looked at Storm, then turned to Orton and hit him with the Pedigree.

Match 6. Kurt Angle vs. Kane   #1 Contender's Match
Samoa Joe attacked Angle from behind. Angle threw Kane into the corner. Kane went for a clothesline, but Angle ducked and hit a German suplex. Angle then focused on the left leg of Kane. Angle landed his three German suplexes and got a near fall. Angle DDT'd Kane on the apron. Back in the ring, Kane hit the Tombstone, busted Angle open and won.

Main Event. Submission - Sami Zayn vs. Ric Flair

ECW
Match 1. Rob Van Dam vs. Seth Rollins
Rollins caught RVD with two standing moonsaults. The two were then in a pin battle. Rollins hit Van Dam with a sunset flip from the apron to the outside. RVD connected with a super kick. Back in the ring, Rollins hit a back suplex and the Sky Walker to win.

Match 2. Jack Swagger vs. Ryback

Match 3. Scott Steiner vs. Christian

Match 4. Drew McIntyre vs. Matt Morgan

Match 5. Edge vs. Chris Jericho
After a reverse neck breaker, Jericho hit Edge with three huge powerbombs. Edge missed a heel kick and Jericho hit one more powerbomb. Edge threw Jericho into the ropes, but Jericho came back with a hurricanrana and the two were in a pin battle. Edge kicked Jericho in the groin and won with the Impaler DDT.

Match 6. Dean Ambrose vs. Colin Cassady
During the match, Eddie Guerrero's music played and distracted Ambrose. Big Cass took advantage and hit a big boot. Ambrose came back by smashing Cass' head against the mat. He went for a powerbomb, but Cass countered it. Dean hit a neck breaker and got a near fall. He won with Dirty Deeds.

After the match, Eddie walked out and clapped for Dean's win.

Main Event. Lance Storm vs. Kazarian

NXT
Match 1. The Rock, Shawn Michaels and Daniel Bryan vs. Bully Ray, JBL and Razor Ramon
This is an all-star 6-man tag match. Rock and Razor battled against the ropes. Rock caught a charging Ray with a Samoan drop. Bryan came in and connected with his kicks to Ray's chest and head. After a near fall, he hit Knee Plus to win.

Match 2. Prime Time Players vs. The Usos

Match 3. Prince Devitt vs. Bo Dallas

Match 4. Kofi Kingston vs. Austin Aries

Match 5. Shelton Benjamin vs. Tyson Kidd

Match 6. Extreme Rules - Brodus Clay vs. Kenta
Clay left the ring and grabbed a table. Kenta went to stop him, but Clay caught him with a t-bone suplex. Kenta tried fighting back, but Clay was too big. He landed a shoulder block and running slam. Back in the ring, Clay landed a running cross body splash and won.

Main Event. Extreme Rules - Kevin Steen vs. Sheamus
Sheamus attacked Steen from behind. On the outside, Sheamus landed a suplex. He went for White Noise, but Steen countered it. Steen connected with a springboard dropkick and Death Valley Driver. Sheamus hit the Celtic Cross and put Steen through the announce table. Sheamus broke free of the Package Piledriver and hit the Irish Curse back breaker to win.

After the match, Sheamus grabbed a chair and continued the beating on Steen.

Recap: What was Triple H doing? Eddie still playing mind games with Ambrose. This summer is heating up.
