Raw's WRESTLEMANIA, Year 1

This is it. The final pay-per-view of Year 1. Let's close it out with a bang.

Match 1. Jeff Hardy vs. Antonio Cesaro   United States Championship
Jeff caught Cesaro with a running neck breaker and a hip toss. He continued with a second neck breaker and a standing dropkick. Cesaro lifted Jeff off the ground and slammed him back down. He then hit the Neutralizer, but Jeff kicked out. After some near falls, Jeff went for a Twist of Fate, but Cesaro countered and rolled him up to win.

Match 2. Stone Cold vs. Ric Flair
Flair focused on the knees of Austin with elbow drops and leg locks. Austin landed the Lou Thesz Press. A little later, Flair busted Austin open with a piledriver. Flair went for another piledriver, but Austin countered into a DDT. Austin hit the Stunner and won.

Match 3. The Shield vs. Xavier Woods and R-Truth   Tag Team Championship
Woods caught Rollins with a springboard body splash and a flying forearm smash. He continued with some rights and lefts to the face. Rollins shook it off and busted him open with a DDT. Reigns lifted Truth up for a Samoan drop. After another DDT, Rollins tagged in Reigns, who hit Woods with a flying clothesline and retained their titles.

Match 4. Ziggler, Guerrero and Christian vs. Kane, Sandow and Ambrose
Six of the best workers in the business face off at WrestleMania. Can Kane, Ambrose and Sandow worked together? Sandow held Ziggler as Ambrose landed multiple punches. Kane and Sandow double teamed Eddie. Eddie hit Kane with the frog splash, but got a two count. Eddie then tagged in Ziggler, who landed the Zig Zag and won.

Match 5. Brock Lesnar vs. Daniel Bryan
Bryan landed a suplex and then connected with his signature kicks. Both men countered each other's moves and got some near falls. Lesnar landed his triple powerbombs, but Bryan kicked out at two. Lesnar lifted Bryan up and finished him with the F5.

Match 6. Randy Savage vs. Chris Jericho
Jericho dropkicked Savage and landed a swinging neck breaker. Savage ducked a punch and rolled him up for the quick win, but got a one count. Savage landed a knee drop and scoop slam before connecting with the elbow drop to win.

Main Event. Hulk Hogan vs. Shawn Michaels   WWE Championship
Two icons battling in the main event. Michaels connected with a suplex and scoop slam. Hogan came right back with a back suplex. Michaels escaped from a headlock and slammed Hogan down. The champ got right up and hit some monstrous punches. Both men landed hip tosses. Michaels connected with an atomic drop. Hogan took Michaels down with a knife-edge chop and hit the leg drop to retain.

Recap: The main event was a little underwhelming, but the rest of the card was fantastic. Well, that was Year 1 of my Universe. Let's keep the ball rolling.
