April Week 1, Year 4

Rivalries will get started next month. This month is an introduction to the new rosters and matchups.

WWE Raw
Match 1. Sami Zayn vs. CM Punk
A dream match of sorts. Ric Flair and Magnus ran down with chairs and attacked each other. Punk caught Zayn with a GTS. Zayn grabbed Punk and hit a tornado flying head scissors and a sunset flip. The match spilled to the outside and Zayn landed a tilt-a-whirl back breaker. Zayn tossed Punk off from the top rope and got the win.

Match 2. Bobby Roode vs. Randy Savage

Match 3. American Wolves vs. Motor City Machine Guns
Shelley hit Richards with a swinging neck breaker on the outside. All four men began brawling. Shelley and Edwards traded blows before Eddie ran and hit a snap neck breaker. Shelley came back with Shell Shock. Edwards landed a spinning sidewalk slam and won.

Match 4. Diamond Dallas Page vs. Alberto Del Rio

Match 5. Ultimate Warrior vs. Ric Flair

Match 6. The Brotherhood vs. Lucha Dragons

Main Event. Triple H vs. John Cena
Cena landed a sitting hip toss and a gutwrench powerbomb. After a spine buster, Triple H hit the Pedigree, but Cena kicked out. He got another near fall after a pin. He threw Cena into the corner and hit a second finisher to win.

ECW
Match 1. Roman Reigns vs. Scott Steiner

Match 2. London and Kendrick vs. United Kingdom

Match 3. Enzo and Big Cass vs. Syxx and Curt Hennig
Syxx locked Enzo in an wrist lock, but Enzo countered and hit a heel kick. Christopher Daniels walked down and stood at ringside. Enzo and Big Cass worked over Syxx in their corner. Daniels entered the ring and broke up a Enzo/Big Cass double-team move. Heenig then hit Cass with the Perfect-plex to win.

Match 4. Kassius Ohno vs. Bobby Lashley

Match 5. Seth Rollins vs. Jeff Hardy
Seth landed a few kicks and slams. He then sent Jeff to the outside and DDT'd him through the announce table. Jeff made a comeback and hit a flipping face buster. Jeff then won with the Twist of Fate.

Match 6. Steel Cage - Undertaker vs. Antonio Cesaro
Looks like Cesaro is moving onto bigger and badder things. Cesaro was climbing, but Taker pulled him down and hit Old School. Cesaro returned the favor, but Taker beat him down. Cesaro countered a chokeslam into a DDT. Cesaro landed the Very European Uppercut. He then hit the Neutralizer and escaped the cage.

Main Event. Mark Henry vs. Big Show

NXT
Match 1. Kenta vs. Bo Dallas
No, not Hideo Itami. Kenta landed a forearm to the back and a delayed suplex. Bo countered a powerbomb into a DDT. Bo hit the Bo-dog, but got a one count. Kenta came back with a running lariat to win.

Match 2. Prime Time Players vs. The Ascension
Konnor hit Darren with a power slam and a bicycle kick. Darren threw Konnor into the corner, but Konnor escaped and hit a DDT. The Ascension double teamed Titus in their corner. Titus landed a knee smash and back breaker on Viktor to win.

Match 3. The Usos vs. British Invasion

Match 4. Prince Devitt vs. Kevin Steen
Steen hit Devitt with a piledriver through the announce table. Devitt came back with a huge reverse DDT. Steen landed a headbutt and got a long two count. Steen escaped from the corner and landed a half nelson slam to win.

Match 5. Razor Ramon vs. Kofi Kingston

Match 6. Daniel Bryan vs. Bret Hart

Main Event. Sheamus vs. Brodus Clay


Recap: The future is now. NXT has all the new talent. This should be an awesome Year 4.
