Match 1. Extreme Rules - Dolph Ziggler vs. Brock Lesnar
Lesnar grabbed a ladder and hit Ziggler a few times. Dolph got up, but missed a super kick. He was able to land a snap slam. Lesnar threw Ziggler in the ring and hit a fall away slam to win.
Match 2. Extreme Rules - Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton
Cody pulled out a garbage can and hit Orton in the back. Orton got up and back suplexed Cody through the announce table. Cody got up, took a chair away from Orton and busted him open with it. Cody went for Cross Rhodes, but Orton broke free. Orton landed another back suplex and a spinning back slam. After a near fall, Orton rolled Cody in the ring and hit the RKO and won.
After the match, Orton grabbed a chair and hit Cody a few times.
Match 3. Extreme Rules - Kurt Angle vs. Chris Jericho
Jericho went to clothesline Angle, but he ducked and the ref was hit. Jericho blocked a kick and landed a dragon screw take down. After an armbar and one count, Jericho hit the Codebreaker. Jericho used the ropes for leverage, but Angle kicked out. Angle went for the finisher, but Jericho countered. Jericho got a couple of near falls. Angle caught him with the Angle Slam and won.
After the match, Jericho went to attack Angle, but he ducked and threw Jericho out of the ring.
Match 4. Hell in a Cell - Sting vs. Austin Aries TNA Championship
Sting placed Aries on the top rope. He landed a right hand and a superplex. Aries kicked out, but Sting as ready. He landed a suplex and the Scorpion Death Drop and retain the title. Sting does it again.
Match 5. The Shield vs. Kane and Undertaker WWE Tag Team Championship
Kane hit a running boot at the start. He and Taker landed a double back elbow smash. Kane went to the outside and grabbed a chair. He swung and hit...Taker?! Why?! On the outside, Reigns reversed the Tombstone. Kane kept attacking his brother, but Taker fought back. He hit Reigns with a Tombstone, but he kicked out. He later hit Rollins with one, but it wasn't enough. Reigns landed two spears, Rollins hit the Tombstone and Paroxysm and Kane landed multiple chair shots to keep the Dead Man down.
Match 6. Tomko and
Gunner is injured and cannot compete. Captain Charisma will take his place. Kaz sat Tomko on the top. He then jumped up and landed a frankensteiner. Daniels landed an Alabama Slam, but Christian broke up the pin. Christian and Tomko landed a leg sweep/STO combo. Daniels went for Angel's Wings, but Tomko broke out and landed a bicycle kick to retain the titles.
Main Event. Hell in a Cell - Cena vs. Triple H vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Ryback vs. The Rock vs. Batista
The winner will face the WWE champion at a later date. Cena and Batista hit Ryback with a double DDT. Batista went for a spine buster on Triple H, but he countered it. A huge "Let's go Cena/Cena Sucks" chant broke out. Triple H hit the Batista Bomb. Rock and Cena fought outside the ring. Bryan rolled Ryback up a couple of times, but got two counts. Bryan took Ryback out with the running knee. Ryback came right back with Shell Shock. Triple H landed the spine buster on Cena and won.
Recap: The Extreme Rules matches got better each time. Why did Kane turn on his brother? Triple H is now guaranteed a WWE title shot.
