October Week 1, Year 2

WCW Nitro
Match 1. Ricky Steamboat vs. Kevin Nash

Match 2. Billy Kidman vs. Psychosis vs. ?????
We saw Psychosis debut at the PPV. Who is the third man? It's Ultimo Dragon! Dragon grabbed Psychosis, spun him around and landed a huge kick to the head. Psychosis had Dragon in the corner and landed multiple headbutts. Kidman and Psychosis landed a double dropkick. Psychosis tossed Dragon in the corner, allowing Kidman to hit the Unprettier to win.

Match 3. Eddie Guerrero vs. Ted DiBiase

Match 4. Antonio Cesaro vs. DDP

Match 5. Steel Cage - Goldberg vs. Alberto Del Rio
One of the two new additions to WCW makes his debut. Goldberg landed a pump handle drop. He then lifted Del Rio over his head and hit a spine buster. Del Rio pulled Goldberg down from the cage and hit a tilt-a-whirl back breaker. Del Rio hit a spike piledriver and began climbing. Goldberg pulled him down, hit the Jackhammer and escaped.

Main Event. Randy Savage vs. Edge
Will Savage finally get his hands on the man who betrayed him? Edge attacked Savage on his way to the ring. Edge choked Savage in the corner and then hit the Edge-O-Matic. He connected with the spear, but got a two count. Edge kept going with a clothesline and side face buster. Savage blocked a punch and won with a roll up.

After the match, Edge went to attack Savage. Randy ducked and tossed him out.

ECW
Match 1. Tajiri vs. Brodus Clay

Match 2. Justin Gabriel vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Spike Dudley
Gabriel and Spike hit Rey with a double STO onto the steel steps. Rey missed a springboard splash and Spike capitalized with the Dudley Dog. Rey superplexed Spike from the top to the mat on the outside. Gabriel and Spike hit Rey with a double Dudley Dog. Justin springboarded from the apron, but Spike caught him with a Dudley Dog in mid air. Rey recovered and got the win.

Match 3. Tommy Dreamer vs. Rhyno

Match 4. Rob Van Dam vs. Sabu
RVD landed a couple of quick kicks and a hurricanrana. Sabu slammed Van Dam through the announce table. RVD came back with hit Rolling Thunder. Sabu blocked a kick and landed a second-rope leg drop to win.

Match 5. Big Show vs. Jack Swagger   #1 Contender's Match
First match on ECW for Show and he could get a shot at Austin. The MITB holder, RVD, walked down to ringside. Swagger blocked the Showstopper and hit the gutwrench. He hit a second one two minutes later, but Show kicked out again. Show got a couple of near falls before hitting the Final Cut and winning.

After the match, CM Punk walked down and had some words with Big Show.

Main Event. Raven vs. CM Punk
Punk had Raven set up for the diving elbow when someone...wait, it's Stevie Richards! He connected with a super kick and Raven got the win.

TNA Impact
Match 1. AJ Styles vs. Kenny King
One of the newest TNA free-agent signings goes against a top star. Styles landed a belly-to-belly side slam and a quick hip toss. King came back with a rolling heel kick. Styles kicked out. The two traded counters until Styles hit the Styles Clash and won.

Match 2. Eric Young vs. Fandango

Match 3. Samoa Joe vs. Chris Sabin

Match 4. Kurt Angle vs. Chris Jericho
This will be a test for the new TNA superstar. Jericho was sporting short tights and a haircut. Angle busted Jericho open with a baseball bat to the face. Jericho locked in the Walls, but released the hold. Angle landed a German suplex with a bridge and almost won. Jericho locked in the submission again. He went for the Codebreaker, but Angle ducked. Angle hit the Angle Slam on the map, but Jericho kicked out. Jericho won by making Angle tap from a sleeper hold. 

Match 5. Sting vs. Abyss

Main Event. Tomko and Gunner vs. Bad Influence
Kaz hit Tomko with a standing moonsault and a release German suplex. He then hit a twisting STO, but got a two count. Tomko and Gunner went after Kaz, but he caught them and smashed their heads together. Tomko DDT'd Kaz through the announce table. Daniels got a near fall before winning with the Alabama Slam.

WWE SmackDown
Match 1. Sin Cara vs. The Miz

Match 2. Kofi Kingston and Bobby Lashley vs. MVP and Chris Masters

Match 3. Jake Roberts vs. Ryback

Match 4. Extreme Rules - Dolph Ziggler vs. Brock Lesnar
Lesnar quickly took this match to the outside and busted Ziggler open with a guitar shot. He continued with the triple powerbombs and a fall away slam. Ziggler somehow came back and DDT'd Lesnar, almost getting the win. After kicking out, Lesnar grabbed Ziggler and hit the F5 to win.

Match 5. Extreme Rules - Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton
Cody slammed Orton down on the outside and then kicked him in the back. Orton came back and tossed Cody into the steel post. He then kicked his head against the post. Cody was able to get up and caught Orton with Cross Rhodes. Orton almost put Cody through a table, but Cody rolled him up and won.

Main Event. The Shield vs. Kane and Undertaker
Rollins had Kane in a headlock as Reigns jumped from the top and stomped on his back. Kane and Taker hit Rollins with a double back body drop. Reigns landed a belly-to-belly slam and flying clothesline on Kane. He then hit the spear, but Kane kicked out. Kane went for the Tombstone. Reigns reversed it and landed the Tombstone and won.

Recap: Good to see Savage get some revenge, but he's not close to being done. Big Show's arrival to ECW has been noted. Eric Young also made his TNA debut this week. The Shield are the No. 1 team in my Universe, without a doubt.
